Accountant
There is an immediate opening for a dynamic Financial Associate/Analyst at our Dallas Headquarters office. Duties
will consist of forming federal reimbursement claims for county and city governments nationwide through a process of data collection,
reconciliation & evaluation. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. State or local government financial/accounting
experience is preferred. Candidate must be professional, personable, ambitious, have a strong work ethic, the ability to develop good
client relations, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with computers (MS Office and Internet). Some travel may be required.

Title IV-E / Juvenile Justice Consultants
Seeking consultants with federal Title IV-E experience. This position
is responsible for a variety of consultant and administrative functions, including training and preparing
various reports and records related to the Title IV-E Program and working with state and local Juvenile
Court Services. Requirements for the position include Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work,
Psychology, or related field. Experience as a probation officer, preferably in Juvenile Programs, a plus.
Excellent communication skills are essential. Travel is required. We offer generous salary, with
